The buttons are of good quality. The number of buttons of each size has apparently been decided on the basis of some shirt industry standard. The shirt I got them for used more large buttons and fewer small buttons than this set has. I was able to make do, though. If they weren't so darned expensive I would have bought two sets.

I never thought gray buttons would be hard to find, but after scouring the local fabric and craft shops, I changed my mind! Locating good quality dark gray buttons suitable for clothing is near impossible where I live, so I turned to Amazon.These buttons are just what I was seeking. They are nice and solid (not flimsy at all), and just the right gray for what I needed. The package is perfect for making a long-sleeved men's shirt, although I just wanted to replace lost buttons.Although they cost more than I was hoping for these buttons, they are quality. And at least I know I won't have to go in search of more anytime soon! :D

Needed to replace an entire set of buttons on a quality black men's dress shirt & these were perfect. They are high grade buttons with a nice finish & just the right thickness to fit through the holes without difficulty, yet stay in place as well. I had already tried a local fabric store & could not find the various sizes needed in matching product with the same finish. This set saved me a lot of time and hassle..

I bought these to replace all the buttons on a mens shirt, and there were plenty of buttons in the right sizes to make them all fit perfectly. They are nice-looking, and well-made. I sewed them on by machine, and they look great.

I'm sure I got what I ordered correctly. I expected they would be a little more opaque like the light blue. A bit more translucent while keeping its navy blue color. Also, the size of main buttons seem small.
