Bought 2 of these packs for my team as a thank you, so spent a fair amount of money. Went to check the Chipotle website for balances (just in case, I had read the reviews on these cards and wanted to be safe), and none of the cards were active according to the website or couldn’t be found. Called Amazon Customer Support (they were a bit unhelpful honestly) and they told me to go to a Chipotle store to have them check/activate the cards. The Chipotle employee swiped each and they were fully active, correct amounts, and ready for use (they can only activate cards purchased in store and from the company itself).TLDR: Don’t use the Chipotle website to check, go to a store or call their support if you want to check. Also, to clarify for some people, you can’t use a gift card as a partial payment online (like most retailers)! You can do this in store, but online is a no go.

The gift cards were purchased for the Chiplotle loving members of our family. Arrived perfectly with no issues. Loved and appreciated by all of our family members that received a card.
