Steady, Consistent Improvement.Three words I would use to describe my experience with Memory Health. For most of my adult life I have suffered with bouts of brain fog. A few years ago, as I approached menopause, the fog became worse and I began noticing other issues as well. Recalling names, information recently read and even packing for a trip (I’m a frequent traveler) became more difficult. I was quite worried and decided to try Memory Health. For the first month, to my dismay, I didn’t notice any change. It really wasn’t until late in the second month that I began to notice subtle changes. I would surprise myself by being able to recall a name or tidbit of information. It was surprising because I had fearfully become so accustomed to not remembering. As the months progressed, I faced less anxiety when confronted with tasks. I could pack again! Memory Health has had a profound impact on my wellbeing. I have always exercised and maintained a relatively clean diet. I am not a supplement “junkie”. As a matter of fact, I tend to be less than consistent with supplements but because of the difference I have experienced, Memory Health has been the exception. I will continue to take it as long as I am able.

Effective, taste ok and worth the money

It made a difference. I felt before these pills like I was loosing my mind. It was slipping away. I couldn’t remember what I did the day before. My memory is better. Not like it was when I was 20 but so much better then it has been.. Also I know this is not mentioned as an effect of these pills but I have more energy and I am happier.

i bought in August 2021 and the expiration date is September 2021. The box that it came in looks crumbled and old.

My mom and I purchased these to try out. I tried them first to be the guinea pig. I took only 1 pill a day for a week (dosage is 3 a day) and I had horrific heartburn!!! So these were a no for me, which was very disappointing. I passed them along to my husband to try. Hopefully he will do better. (So far so good)

Did a lot of research on similar products and liked all of the research and studies done behind this supplement. Its incredible what the supplement stands for and how the results help people. The package says I need a month or more to tell it’s full effects but so far I’ve felt no negative side effects and will reflect on the supplement further in the coming months.

I really like how the dosages are set apart as a per-dosage basis. It is nice to grab the packet when I need to take the amount for the day and it is nicely laid out in a simple, single packet. These are little gel-like capsules that are easy to swallow, don't give me any gross or bad-tasting after tastes (or anything like that), and they do feel to be helping with some memory stuff...but I hope it is not placebo. I have been taking for about a month and it seems like recall is a bit better and retention is as well. There also seem to be some very good longterm impacts as a few of the ingredients appear to be used to either prevent or treat some eye diseases. Eye care is important to me so I really appreciate the fact this helps with that also. Something that I would like would be some more transparency concerning independent lab testing and things like that. It is nice when that is included as it helps underscore that what you are taking is safe and pure.
