It does its job very well, and definitely worth the money, great value. just a tad big on the hoody part. But still great.

This item is well worth buying in my opinion it is light weight not uncomfortable to use and really good value for money fits my mobility scooter perfectly and definitely keeps the rain off your vehicle and you to an extent

Not sure how big of a head the manufacturer thinks that we all have..........the hood is far too large and you could probably fit three heads in it!!! Must admit that I look a complete idiot wearing this and not sure whether or not I'll bother going out in the rain again on my scooter. I found it difficult getting it on over my head as I have a problem with one of my arms. A full opening on the front would certainly help in this situation, instead of the small opening that is on the cape. The velcro on the actual arm openings is very difficult for me to pull apart and once you have managed to pull the velcro apart and put your arms through the opening........your arms still get wet. The bit that goes over the seat is not long enough even for my small scooter, and therefore does not stop rain coming through the opening on the back of the seat. The cape (or whatever you want to call it) is now stored in my scooter bag for emergency use only. I most certainly will dread having to use this if it starts to rain whilst I'm out and about. Not sure what the solution is, but surely someone can come up with a more practical 'cape' design to keep a person dry when using a mobility scooter.

This is useless in heavy rain. The seams aren't taped so it leaks through the stitch holes. The hood is enormous and continually drops over your eyes. The back is too short so won't stay over the back of the scooter seat so water drips down the back of it and soaks you.

This item fits well but not that comfortable round the neck. It is rainproof apart from the fact that it does allow rain in through the velcro arm slits so I ended up with a wet leg

Perfect for what's intended plus also a good cover for the scooter, the only con is a little heavy... Covers me and the scooter with the storage basket well and protects from cold. Not very glamorous but does the job

Does what it says but watch out for winds and breezes as it catches the cover from underneath and can obstruct your view of whats ahead. Saying that it does keep you and the scooter dry.

The main issue is the velcro on hand holes are difficult to open that said it still allows rain to get through
