Well made and very cute

I read a review before I ordered the sequin pop star dress and boots. It said the boots were very small and don't fit. I thought I can do without the boots. But, I'm a fixer. I simply cut the top part of the fabric off and hemmed it (fabric glue). They fit perfect on My Life As 18" doll.

The doll was a good size and stylish. As the doll was given as a gift I can’t speak on durability although it looked as though it would hold up well.

Clothes fit, boots didn’t. They were too small. The “mic” was disappointing.

The dress is super cute. The headband was cute once I told my daughter what it was... She thought it was like a bra top because the packaging did not have any pictures or description of what it was. She had no idea what the microphone was I til I told her and my husband immediately burst out laughing because it looks remarkably similar to a male part if you have the slightest gutter mind and once you see it you can't unsee it. It doesn't get used anyway thankfully. I'm not sure why they didn't make the top of the microphone black or add some kind of elastic strap to hold it on the dolls hand.We bought for a doll the same size as journey girl dolls but a different brand and the boots would not go on at all. Not a fault of the product just something to know.
