I'll start off by saying I'm a bigger guy (220lbs) that is on the stronger side, so I was a little concerned that the u-hooks would be to small to serve as wall anchors for resistance bands in my new quarantine home gym. But, I wanted a more affordable option than the overpriced "professional" wall anchors for big gyms. I swapped out the smaller screws that came with the hardware for longer (2") more sturdy screws, and couldn't be happier. I'm not hanging from them or anything, but they don't budge when I have >240lb of resistance bands attached to a single u-hook. I can even clip multiple snap hooks to each anchor, so size hasn't been an issue at all. Best part is the price was MUCH less than professional/gym wall anchors, making this a no-brainer option.

Just as advertised. Nice and thick, and even the carabiners are sturdy. The screws are long and cut easily. I mounted them to a window sill to secure my rattling headboard with bungees. The eyelets are ideal size and shape for bungee cord hooks.

Worked perfectly to hang the fish net to hold pool floats.

I used these to hang some stereo speakers in the garage. Worked great.

I use bands in my home gym. The U hooks are sturdy and worth using. I recommend buying them.
