Works like a charm
I bought these to use on bathroom faucets so I wouldn’t scratch the surface when removing to fix the constant dripping. I used the smaller one and it was easier to remove the faucets than it was to get these out of the plastic packaging! I’ve always used a wrench with a cloth in the past but I’m very happy I’ve now got these. And Craftsman produces a quality product.

Worked perfect
Worked perfect to open a shower bonnet nut when changing the shower cartridge. Last time I did this without this tool, I put a towel over the chrome bonnet ring and tried to turn it with a wrench. Phew that wasn’t fun. This time around I got this and I was so impressed!! Opened like a breeze. Highly recommend.

Got the job done
The metal hinge piece connecting the strap to the handle was a bit fiddly for my application, and it took a couple tries to get it aligned so that it wouldn't interfere with the piece I needed to tighten.Once I got it lined up right, however, it worked well and gave me a good impression of the wrenches' robustness. Here's hoping the straps last as long as the handles do!

Did the job!
You can go a long time without needing a strap wrench, but when you need one it can be a real lifesaver. In my case it was the stuck glass cover for the oven light bulb. That sucker would just not move. Very slippery and even when I got a grip on it you hate to force something glass while holding it in your hand, you know? Got the strap wrench, put it on, was able to get it unscrewed with a nice even force. Nothing broke and my wife can make Christmas cookies and peek in on them without opening the door. One use like that and it's paid for itself ten times over versus calling somebody in... who would probably have the same wrench and take the same minute I took once I had the right tool.I've used these before, they're useful for lots of tasks, basically any time you have something round without a good way to get purchase on it this will really help, and unlike something metal there's no real risk of scuffing up the surface.

Saved me big bucks
I did not use on an oil filter. I was changing the media on a RainSoft EC5 water system and the top would not budge (this is not a little case filter). Not wanting to destroy a very expensive unit with a rubber mallet, I needed something for leverage and grip. The rubber on this tool was actually a little too thick and took some work to get under the housing. After about 5 minutes I had just enough grip to get the top moving. Was an emotional moment, lol. Rainsoft Tech service would have cost me over 800. With this tool, resin beads, and muscle. I saved 650 by doing it myself. Tool was well worth the price, even if I never use it again. Highly recommended to help twist off valve housing on home water filtration systems.

Must have around the house.
I purchased these for a stuck oil filter on my car... Nothing was working to get them off, I ran a screw driver through it, bought a filter wrench... nothing worked.I bought these due to the flexible diameter to get into a tight space. It worked very well. The durability is apparent in the construction. The handles are nice and seem very sturdy, as well as the black strap. Thick plastic that gripped well.I dropped the smaller one into my kitchen for stuck jars and my girlfriend has used it quite a bit. Overall, you can't go wrong... in the garage or in the house, very good to have on hand.Wish I'd have purchased these earlier and saved some money.

I use these wrenches for astrophotography work!
In astrophotography, I connect my telescope to my cameras and similar devices using fine-threaded (and often short -- think 5 - 10 mm long) extension tubes and adapters that convert between different tube and opening diameters (typically between 42 mm and 54 mm diameters). It's quite common for these tubes and adapters to get stuck with each other! I've found these rubber strap wrenches to be perfect for breaking the stickiness between stuck tubes and adapters, without damaging these finely-machined items.

Not a Fan
The wrenches themselves are well constructed and I like that they have both sizes, especially for the price. The problem I have is that these are kind of hard to use. I thought that they would be much easier, but getting the rubber to loop around the filter and the pulling it tight (tight enough to actually turn the filter) is challenging. I try to start to wrap the strap around the filter and then turn the wrench to increase tension until it turns, but often, it's not tight enough to turn the filter and just slips. When I'm able to get it tight enough to turn, the wrench has turned to a point where I'm no longer able to freely turn the filter. If there is a ton of room around the filter, this would be easy enough to use. On my motorcycle, where the filter is pretty easily accessible, it's not too bad to get the wrench on it. On my cars, it's pretty challenging.I would not recommend these unless, like I said, you're just using them to reach easy-to-access filters.Quality construction of the wrenches, just difficult to use.

Fabulosas
Son la envidia de mis compañeros, ya solamente ando viendo qué se ocupa abrir para lucirme. Excelente calidad, yo la usé para desatorar una pieza de lavabo donde rayar el metal es dejarlo feo.
