I love this infer red chakra mat and find it so grounding .

Got one as a gift a few months ago and I LOVE it! The heat is amazing and thr crystals feel awesome. I have a lot of nerve damage from autoimmune issues and this helps more than I can say. It's pricey but worth every penny!

I have enjoyed it so far, although i think it takes a longer time to feel the benefits. I do wish that it got hotter then it does, but it does feel good.

I love this mat. I am sleeping much better. I even use it during the day if I am feeling stressed or having back pain. The heat is so relaxing. I was hesitant to spend the money, but I am so glad I did.
