This book could’ve been good, it just needed more actual original content. 90% of the book is a mashup of very basic business advice. The author could do way better. This was underwhelming.

Starts slow and preachy. However I found some great advice and tips in this book. There where moments when I skipped ahead to not read some of the obvious and some of the preaching.

Had to be careful and not ding the person selling this when the author who wrote it missed the Mark. Ok overall but very basic knowledge things written.

I am a solopreneur. I read books on running my business and self-care. Jeff Hilderman created one of the best business books I have read to date. This a practical, concise guide to becoming an effective leader of a business with many employees and customers or for a solopreneur like me to lead her independent contractors, joint venture partners and clients.Jeff shares his time-tested methods for working efficiently and effectively with a commitment to living your best life in the first sections of the manual. So many nuggets of inspiration to use each day: 1 .Just don't make excuses. They're dream killers. 2. Great leaders recognize when their help is needed and when it's not. 3. A clear system for managing paperwork and your email accounts. 4. Great explanations for creating or revising your vision, mission and mantra statements.Best of all, a 90-day plan to identify, nurture and release your clone or clones to free you be the leader of your company. Great for the small business owner or a leader in a larger corporation. If you started a new venture, would the people who work with you follow you? They would if you cloned yourself as Jeff Hilderman advises.

Clone Yourself is a book one should read with pen and paper in-hand...to take notes! There are many, many excellent points that are actionable and will make a positive difference in your business. There is not a shortage of business books on the market today, but this one is worth the read.

Lots of regurgitated info. Example from “ a pizza company who delivers in 30 mins or less or it’s free”? Dominos got rid of that offer 20 years ago. Stories and examples are outdated. Lots of regurgitated info. But good if you want to find some common knowledge all In one place. Written by a “business coach”. Not a fan of business coaches.

This is a book written by someone who's walked the walk, and he doesn't skimp when he describes -- in his engaging style -- just what it takes to thrive as a business leader with a family, how to get the most important things done and done well, and how to ensure that the people on your team know what to do and how to do it well. I would recommend this book to anyone who runs a business, who's starting a business, or who wants to start a business, and who doesn't want to end up burning the candles at both ends 24-7-365. The author knows what's at stake for many who want to own and operate a successful business, and he's written this book with them in mind. If you need a business coach but can't yet afford to pay for one, this is a great place to start!

Couldn't put the Book down once I started. A warm, honest and inspiring read. If you are an entropeneur or leader in a buisness, this is your book! Easy to understand and actionable steps to help you create the leader you should be.Loved the bonus tips!I have now some great ideas and steps to put into my job.The author has clearly put alot of time and effort into creating a book. Cramming it full of goodies, that will delight others, and help them truly clone themselves.

Well written and enjoyable to read. The author gives practical advice in an easy to follow, step by step way with useful links to pre-formatted checklists/documents. I will be implementing the ideas in this book within my own organisation.

I bought the kindle version of this book yesterday and I'm really enjoying it so far. Lots of handy tips to remember - very practical!
