When you buy protein Optimum Nutrition is always a dependable name for high-quality products with few unnecessary additives. I have relied on their whey and casein powders for years.These bars, however, are disappointing. I like a substantial chew in my protein bars but these are like an ultralight and unsatisfying Milky Way bar in texture and rather sickly in taste. They are also a tad more expensive compared with other, perfectly good alternative.On the plus side, they are only 203 calories and pack 20g protein but I think I'll stick to PhD bars in future.
