Product: 1 star Seller:4 stars (wish I could give product 0 stars)Chair arrived about June. Opened box and one caster wheel was missing, and the plastic bag that holds the casters was cut open. Looks like someone grabbed a caster from the box. I told seller and they sent out a replacement caster. I would purchased from them again.Took 2 hours to get chair together, most of the time was spent on getting the back attached to the bottom. Had to lie on top of the arms to get the screws to line up into the holes in the back and front. When done the back didn't line up with the stripes on the bottom.I noticed right away that there was no way the back would go straight up and down. When a person sat in it and leaned back a little there was a noticable "ding" sound coming from the chair shaft whenever a person sat up straight. Also when a person stood up there was a banging sound, pretty distracting in a quiet office.October 2017, about 3 months after the chair was put into use the chair fell apart. A screw came out of the right side and the chair does not have not have an upright back anymore. I might just chuck this in the trash. Without notice the chair will lean backwards even if the option bar has selected the upright position.IT IS A SAFETY hazard if you get one of these for an employee in your office.I now have to start again from scratch looking for an office chair. Between the assembly and the problems I will probably NOT shop on line for a replacement.

Chose this item for the color, and the flip up arms. I like it enough that I ordered a 2nd one for my husband. It is lightweight so I was able to carry the box up the stairs with ease and put it together by myself. The toughest part of putting it together was putting the arm pieces onto the back and seat pieces. Just find something to lean the back against, and attach the seat to the arms loosely, then attach the top part, then tighten stuff up. This chair has exceeded my expectations. I like its high back and its depth of lean (if you like to lean back in your chairs then you should be happy with this one). I got one for my computer desk, and now I'm considering getting one for my room for gaming. I didn't find assembly to be as difficult as some other reviewers. It took about forty minutes for me to assemble this chair by myself (part of that time was just opening the box and counting the parts- something I do several times before I start any project to make extra sure I'm not missing anything).The only drawback to this chair is it does have a chemical odor. I've had the chair for a little over a month, and I can still faintly smell it. I do have allergies, but whatever this odor is does not upset them.

It is always difficult buying something you sit in and use a lot online but I really liked the color and look and I am very pleased with my purchase. It is very comfortable for me even more than the overstuffed chair I had before, and was extremely easy to put together, just remember not to tighten the screws until all are seated. You will be very happy with your chair.

Love this chair! It's comfortable and the flip up arms are essential for a guitar player. I can sit in this chair for hours which is good because it means I'm actually getting stuff done. The one complaint I might have is that it doesn't really lean that far back, which might be a big problem for some people but it hasn't really been an issue for me yet as the upright posture kinda forces me to focus on my work. A good thing for a procrastinator like me.

Warning ! ! Do not buy this chair it is unsafe . I bought this chair in March 13, 2017. It broke, snapped in half in June 2018. I bumped my head. It's a good thing I'm a hard headed Irishman or I might have really gotten hurt .

Very easy to put together, very comfortable. Not the most stable of chairs in that I tend to not lean to one side or the other for fear it will not support my weight (I'm 6', 198) but for the price, it was a fantastic deal.

Great chair for the price. Always get compliments on it. Bottom of chair could use a little more padding for extend sitting (over 2-3 hours) but still not a complaint
