Fantastic product
I’m a Set Medic on film and TV productions. I was lucky enough to see this product by chance on Amazon more than a year ago. I ordered it, and now keep a can of this in my bag all the time. I have used it twice for eye irrigation in emergencies. It’s ready to use IMMEDIATELY, and is very effective at irritating the eyes in an emergency situation. The fact that it doubles as both eye wash and wound wash is a huge plus. As far as I know, there’s no product like this, and I highly recommend it.

Relief Is Just a Blast Away
This is a powerful product for removing contaminants from the eyes. It is much more powerful than run-of-the-mill safety eyewashes because this product is pressurized. Just hold your eyelids open with two fingers, and with your free hand, aim the canister at your affected eye and pull the trigger. Whoosh! Your eye is cleaned. But make sure you hold the canister a few inches away from your eye because the pressurized stream is quite strong.I always wear safety glasses when doing any kind of work that might create flying objects or small particles, such as sand or sawdust. But I never wear safety glasses when I do a load of laundry. Sure enough, I accidentally splashed a tiny amount of bleach into my left eye, perhaps not more than a drop. The reaction was swift and very painful. And naturally, my old squeeze bottle of safety eye rinse was out in the garage. So I had to rapidly and repeatedly rinse my eye with tap water while my wife looked on in horror. If I had a can of Bio Med Wash nearby, I could have saved myself some agony with one quick blast.I bought the three-pack Bio Med Wash and put one can on the workbench in the garage, one can in the medicine cabinet, and, yes, one can in the laundry room. So far, I have only had to use the product once when wind-driven dirt blew into my face while stacking firewood, in spite of my safety glasses.Note: This product is also recommended for washing out scrapes and cuts prior to bandaging. That might be especially good for cleaning a skin injury on a child, rather than scrubbing the heck out of it.
