At first, the electric shock is kind of uncomfortable but you build resistance pretty quickly with continued use. The most remarkable testimonial is that the red led light has dramatically improved my vitiligo on my hand almost immediately!! It was A LOT more pronounced before. Now it is barely noticeable 😄 I also have noticed a dramatic improvement in skin tightening in my lower face/jowels and under chin. This all has happened within only 3 weeks for about 15 mts 2x-3x a week. This is real!! It works. I use it with any cheap hyaluronic acid serum from Marshalls.

I have only used this product four times. First of all, using a conductive gel even on the lowest level is unbearable, and I have a high pain tolerance. It feels like you are burning your skin. Without the gel, I can tolerate it in some areas but every once in awhile feel a painful zap. While it does have a lifting effect, I have noticed my cheeks are now hollow and did research. It's getting worse by the day. The subcutaneous fat which is above the muscles it targets can continue to destroy the damaged fat cells from the microcurrent for 2 to 3 months. If I could pay $100,000 to have never used this product, I would. Also, I couldn't get the LED light therapy to work without the microcurrent at the same time, yet the microcurrent will work by itself.

I haven't fully used this product yet. Nicely packaged.It turned on when I first opened it. After charging it, it wasn't turning on without being attached to the charger. I wish it had a fully charged feature. I briefly tested it out, it does give out little simulating shocks. I will start at the first level since level 4 was too stimulating. I will update my review and take a before and after photo. I'm hoping the LED light improves my skin tone and lightens my dark spots.

I have to admit, this review comes after a considerable low bar. After reading the other reviews about "zapping", honestly, I was a little afraid to try it. I read through the instructions, removing all metal jewelry, and started at 1, after applying the gel. I only used it for about 5 minute .... but even though my skin doesn't look necessarily 'tighter' it DOES look brighter, and feels 'alive'. I absolutely adore this so far. I will try level 2 tomorrow, and use it a bit longer. I will update with any changes, but I am totally happy with it!!

This is a great value!! However, if you have sensitive skin, use it for a very short time with each use & on each area!! It will make your face red. It does go away but just try it and follow the enclosed directions. It is a great value as compared to the ones sold on TV & even right here on Amazon. I do recommend this! Thanks Amazon!

I did not find this helpful at all. Does not do what is promised to do. It stung my skin. I'm very unhappy with it. I should had gotten a different device. I'm sorry that I bought it.

Not sure what I think about this device. It initially shocked me so bad I figured I’d never use it. I gave it another try and use the lowest bio setting and red light. Very important to use some type of conductor gel or serum. Not a bad product...and probably won’t use it much. Just a bit too uncomfortable for me tolerate. If I do use it. It’s for only about 5 minutes maybe twice weekly.Update- after company saw my review they fully refunded my money. They offered without me even asking which I thought was great customer service. I am very open to using other products from this company in the future. The quality of this product was nice although just not suited to my sensitivity level. I will look at other products though from this company as they stand behind their products and are very professional.

I haven't seen any tightening of my turkey neck yet, but it makes my skin feel alive and refreshed.
