Excellent quality and easy to use., the only thing is that it comes with a 2 pin plug, so I have to use an adapter, apart from that very pleased

DANGEROUS
Used for fifteen minutes a day for less than six months before the machine blew up leaving a whole in the stainless steel cover - luckily no-one was injured.Offered £55 compensation . . . not even a refund or replacement.Issue now with the small claims department of the Local Ombudsman.

Hopopular 1800W Commercial Sandwich Press Panini Grill
This is my first commercial panini grill. It looks professional and reaches the desired temperature fairly quickly. It is easy to work with and clean. Cooks the food very well, but the meat stick to the cooking surface very easily and it is frustrating. (maybe I am not used to it, will appreciate any tips!) The manual that came with the grill is very basic and does not have detailed instructions for cleaning.

Not what it says. Disgrace to be fair.
This is not ‘industrial ‘ ok for very small kitchen of 2 people but nothing more than that. Not worth the money.
