Get what you pay for
As others have stated the outside frame is some sort of metal. The spots where your team name and logo is located is raised plastic. Appears to be glued on. This is obviously done for cost cutting measures. Easy to put different team names on the plate. Overall the item quality is on par for what you pay. The letters ARE white not orange. Which actually looks much better imo. Probably the biggest downfall is that the plate is ever so slightly bowed at the bottom. Which prevents it from sitting perfectly flush on the car. Not a deal breaker but worth noting. Go Flyers!

Xmas gift for my sister who is a huge fan. it is not on her car but is in the closet with the Marshall Herd tag frame i bought her as well. but a nice frame.
