Exactly what I needed
It can get confusing when it comes to this hardware. You can get kits that are designed for quick disconnect sissy bar( that's what i needed), kits for simply mounting the fender to the fender struts, and kits designed for a wide tire. The picture in this listing is somewhat blurry, so I couldn't tell if the rear post on the bar was threaded. I ordered it anyway. It was perfect. This kit is equal to, if not better quality than what the the dealership had installed on my dyna. Super easy install. Cheaper than HD. The chrome bolts are of good quality and look great.

Great cheaper alternative
If you are looking for a cheaper alternative to the $120 kit that Harley sells that is the exact same thing buy this one. Very high quality maybe even better than the one from Harley as all their reviews say people break the welds on the threaded inserts right off when installing. I cranked on these ones and they held up fine. Just make sure to use blue loctite to keep bolts from coming loose. Just look at the Harley kit on their website for installation instructions. Also yea you will have to relocate your turn signals as the hardware takes the place of them. I run a Custom Dynamics license plate relocation bracket with integrated brake lights and turn signals and it works great. So don’t be dumb like the other reviewers. Yes you have to relocate your turn signals and no there aren’t any instructions but you can view them for the exact same kit on Harley’s website

The fender bracket broke while being tightened
Everything was going well until the fender bracket broke while tightening everything down. Now I’m stuck with a broken bracket and the piece is stuck

Bolts are too short and mounting bracket does not fit the holes
I liked that it finally came. I did not like that it does not fit. I had to buy new boots but they don't match. Does not fit.
