Exactly what I needed for class.

This is a good textbook that is clear and easy to follow, BUT the index is off by 1-3 pages for everything and sometimes completely wrong for the entire chapter. This is very frustrating for me because I primarily use books just for a quick reference using the index.

I did not like that it lacked so many images that would have been helpful for me to grasp and remember the information. It would have been very, very helpful to include pictures of procedures and more.
