Tusco Products TR26SS Round Saucer Planter Tray, 26", Sandstone

The media could not be loaded.  I upgraded from a 12" terra cotta planter saucer filled with water and placed on the ground to a beautiful blue ceramic pedestal birdbath, but my backyard birds were not fans, even when I spent more and got a little solar fountain for it. So, I decided to go back to ground-based baths and chose this one for its large size (26" diameter), natural sandstone color, and reviews that supported its durability. I've been using it as a ground-based bird bath for several months now and have many birds splash, bathe, play in and drink from it every day. Even birds who don't live in one of my trees regularly stop in for a swim. It's a fantastic product that's super durable and easy to clean/spray out with a hose. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.

I bought these for two huge planters we have on our porch, water run-off from those was making our porch ugly, so I had to find a solution.bthese worked perfect. Material is pretty sturdy. Will see how they make it through the winter and update.

The birds are using it. It's roomy and the water depth seems to work for them. It hasn't developed algae so far, and it's been in use a little over 2 months. Until freezing weather, I'll keep the other purchase, the water wiggler, in it. I've also added a smallish smooth rock for possible perching or just to add more of a natural "look."

Wow--this thing is really big. I ordered this for a ground bird bath and water source for the rabbits and chipmunks. I had a hard time finding a clear spot that large in my flower bed for it, but I like it. The color is great and blends in well with my cypress mulch so it's really not noticeable. It's deep enough for the birds to splash around in and seems like it will survive in all seasons. I gave it 4 stars because it's a bit floppy--stable enough once its on the ground, but the plastic is not as sturdy as I expected. Still, if you are looking for a large ground bird bath, this one works well.

I needed a large drip tray for a palm tree in a tree pot. This worked perfect. Before the water would drain through the tree pot and stain the rock surface. This solved my problem.

Over priced for what you get

Like many others, I am using this for a large birdbath. It's deep enough and the Bluebirds love it!

I have a very large planter in my patio that I needed a base for. I found it quite hard to find a base that was big enough. It is also quite confusing to understand the pot measurements of various products online. But I finally found this product and it fits my large planter perfectly. It is made of a very heavy duty sturdy plastic resin and I'm sure it will last forever. I am very happy with this product and highly recommend it.
