Love the look and feel of the TV and the picture quality is amazing!

Looks good, but so far extremely unreliable. Myriad of issues caused by the near invisible cable making it almost unusable.

I Bought from Currys in 2017 when it first came out and I have been using it till then. This is mounted in our dining room, I really enjoy the effect it has on people, at first glance they thought it was a picture frame but then by one click of a button it transforms into a TV. Overall the picture quality is next to none. I really enjoy how you can switch from TV to Picture mode at the press of a button, one of the thing i enjoy about this TV is how movie apps previews latest movie trailers when the toggle on the app.For you to really enjoy the picture mode, you will need a professionally taken picture, most picture taken on a smart phone won't have the same pixel quality when it's on a bigger screen, however with the SmartThings app by Samsung you have lots of functionality and you can personalise your pictures before mounting it on the TV. and it also give you more setting options for your TV.

Take a look at the Samsung forums before purchasing this TV and look at all the problems people are having with the OneConnect box. Samsung support is awful and don’t help at all. If you’re one of the lucky ones, it’s a good TV. If you’re like me and countless others out there, the excitement quickly turns into a nightmarish battle with the Samsung help desk desperately trying to get someone to help fix their badly made hardware. Don’t do what I did and be blinded by Samsungs promises with this device - do lots of research into this TV before taking the risk!
