They work like a charm! I noticed a difference when taking them, and when checking my ketone levels, they were significantly higher. To put them to the ultimate test, I had a big cheat day and then used them to see how long it'd take to get back in ketosis. I have been taking Vitaraw Exogenous Keto Pills for over a week now. I had just started the Keto diet and had lost 15lbs quite quickly when I stumbled across conversations about taking these to give an extra boost. I started taking them as directed, and over the following 3 weeks completely hit a brick wall and lost zero weight at all. I made other adjustments, thinking maybe my macros were off, but nothing changed until I stopped taking these. In the week since I stopped taking them I've lost another 3-4lbs and that was the only change I made during that time. Maybe these are working for some people, but they completely derailed what I was doing, and I suspect that it was throwing off the results of the ketone test strips I've been using too.

This product did not work for me. I am not sure how it got 5 star reviews. I took it for a week. It instantly made me hungry as soon as I took it in the morning with a full glass of water and I was knocked out by noon. Every single day. I had zero energy on these pills. I never eat breakfast and yet with these pills I was starving every single morning. I had to take a two hour nap every single day the week I took these. Once I discontinued the pills I instantly got my energy back and was no longer starving after taking the pills. Huge waste of money.

Absolutely love these pills. I was a little nervous and skeptical at first. I have been taking these a little over a week now.
