Q: Can it be cut down to fit multiple smaller basement windows?

I cut them to put in my living room windows. Looks great with the light shining through at night.

Q: How do you get the creases out?

I know this doesn't answer your question but if you can stretch it tight you really don't notice the creases with a bright interior light and dark outside environment. The wow factor is from a distance anyways. Once you get close enough to it you know its a piece of plastic. Maybe try rolling it up tight on a xmas wrapping paper tube then letting it sit in a warm environment for a while. Worth a try.

Q: Could thia be used to cover sliding glass doors?

I used this on double doors that have a full frame window on each side and it fits perfectly. Therefore it will be a little short on the sides and top to bottom on a sliding door. But if you center it, it should be fine. Looks great inside and outside.

Q: Is this blacklight reactive? does it glow under uv light like dayglow colors?

No. It lights up when you have interior lights on and the light shines thru the plastic.
