This shower fixture is absolutely beautiful. We installed it in a nautical themed outdoor shower stall. We originally received an open box and unfortunately the straight bar had damaged threads at the main connection which led to severe leaking and made it inoperable. It was a bit tricky to get a replacement with lots of back and forth with the seller in which we were not sure if we would have to uninstall it all to buy a whole new one. But this was just not an option as additional fittings, plumbing, time, and labor would ve caused serious inconvenience to say the least. BUT, the seller finally did go out of the way to make it right by sending us a replacement straight bar. Then called us directly a week later to ensure it was squared away. In addition, this unit sells on other sites for up to 3x times the price. That alone speaks volumes about the product itself and the integrity of this seller. We absolutely love it. Its very well made with sleek and easy to use design features that are esthetically pleasing. We did add some additional thumb slide brass fittings to both shower heads to control water flow because this unit flows a large volume water which is wonderful to shower with but we like to be able to slow down or shut off the handheld when bathing pets etc. Overall, this project came out beautifully! I highly recommend purchasing from this company.

We purchased the shower to be used poolside, and it has been the best thing ever! We use it every day, the grandkids love it. We had a small issue with it after a while, reached out to the company, and they were amazing and took care of it right away! Don't hesitate to buy the shower! It is not hard to install, it looks awesome, and is super convenient!

Hello everyone inquiring about this shower system. I would like to begin by saying that first off, this is a lovely shower system, and it looks very beautiful. The oil rubbed bronze look is one that is unique and not many people deviate from the silver look to something like this. When I first saw this shower unit on amazon I was like "I have to have this!" I ordered it and it came in a timely manner. There are lots of good features as well as plenty of adversities, but it depends on your willingness to work with it, and how patient your plumber is. First thing I would like to add is that, no, this is not like the plumbing we deal with here in the United States, the measurement standards are different, so if your plumber can use his brain and knows what he is doing then it will take little time to make the adjustments so that this shower will be able to be installed in your bathroom. It did take a lot of work to get this installed, like maybe two days from about 9am to 10pm. One problem we ran into was that the threads on one of the adaptors leaked, no matter what we did it would leak. I can't remember how we combated this issue, but we eventually got it to stop leaking. I think we used some kind of plumbing tape around the threads. An issue we had with this unit is that the parts that screw into the knobs to turn the cold and hot side faucets would come unloose, they don't now but at first they did. The Shower system is pretty small so I suggest ordering the extender found here on amazon. The hardest thing I had to get over with this shower system is that there was no bathtub sprout which in my excitement I overlooked. So in order to combat this problem I had to order a different shower system with a tub sprout. Although the two systems were compatible there were problems that arose from joining the two, along with the extender, I had to sacrifice the hand held shower portion in order to keep the bathtub sprout and overhead rain fall shower head... I was pissed! But It all worked out with the shower sprout and the overhead sprout. The last problem I had with this was, a couple of times, inside the hot and cold knob, a washer would somehow come loose, and water would spray from the knob even though the water was turned off, this was only the hot side, and it happened twice. Other than that, I have no problems with this shower and the headache was minimal, like I said, it just depends on how creative your plumber is, the skill or experience, my plumber looked at everything and knew what had to be cut, what had to be soldered, etc. right away. I think we had more problems cutting the marble fixture than the actual shower system.

Set this up to use in our outdoor shower to clean up from the beach. You have to get used to the fact that the hot and cold water knobs turn in opposite directions. But other than that is beautiful and works well.

BUYER BEWARE: So I wanted to believe the reviews and that it is a good item. It is a good looking item and it does look like an expensive item, but it in fact is a cheap item. My particular issue in the valves that allow water to flow. I can deal with the valve being backwards like other have written, its just a matter of getting used to it. But I have had two valves fail on me now. What happens here is the water cannot be shut off, you go to turn the knob and it just stays on. Its a terrible feeling to be in the shower, in a rush and what is a normal day-to-day thing just doesn't work. I've had this happen when we first installed it, thought it was a fluke so they sent me a whole new replacement part. I've simply took the valve out of that and used it, not 3 months later it happened again. I used the second of the two valves now down to no replacements. I went to a reputable plumbing store and they could not match it. Now I've called Amazon and they have refunded me, but that hardly helps because it will happen again and their suggestion is to replace this with a better unit. As you know this is hard to do because it's a wall mounted unit and there will be tile work involved. They have escalated it and we are awaiting response from the seller Gotonovo and the Manufacturer Junhai Xu - I look forward to their response and support and will update this as they make progress. In the interim NO I do NOT recommend this item.

A certified master plumber of a reputable company installed all our faucets so the installations were perfect.After a few months while on the main floor my daughter heard a drip. To our horror the ceiling was falling down with water everywhere!There is a "brass" (who knows what it really is) nipple connector (I still have it) that came with the faucet that joins between the solid brass connector that our puller installed and the faucet that was purchased here. Upon further investigation , the plumber and I noticed a HAIR LINE CRACK IN VALLEY OF THE THREADS ON THE NIPPLE. there are no cut marks or stress marks. It's an obvious CRACK. This cracked valley thread was INSIDE the faucet thread which developed a slow drip for months. The dripping water accumulated and caused $3500.00 damage and mold cleaning.

Looks great, and the main shower head works as expected. But when we switch to the handheld, it's suddenly like the hot and cold water aren't being mixed properly, and every 5-10 seconds you get a burst of cool water and one burst of hot water, rather than a steady stream of of warm water.
