Good vitamin pak
I love these so far. I’ve been taking them for about a month and have noticed they’re helping to keep things regular for me (Y’all know what I mean). The fish oil gave me bad burps for about the first week but now I never taste it any more.

I can feel a difference in my digestive problems. I don’t feel bloated anymore. I haven’t been using it long enough to see other results, but I am hoping that it will help with my energy as well as my hair thinning since the biotin levels are high

I split these with my mom. She took 15 days and I did 15 days. Neither one of us felt like they did much. Although. Her body doesn’t absorb very well. And I don’t know if 15 days was enough for me to notice any real changes
