perfect shape/size
I've played guitar since 1961 when I was 9 years old. I've tried many dozens of picks over the decades and this is the perfect shape and size for me. I don't always use the point, I sometimes turn them around for a different attack and these picks give me the control and durability I need. I also taught over thirty years and, after I discovered these picks I recommended them to all my students. I'm now 71 years old and I still play some every day.

If the Standard Shape is Too Big For You, Try This One.
I settled with the 0.60mm Standard for a long time but I always thought it's just a tad too big at times, and while browsing I discovered this and ordered it. and it was a huge improvement for me! Not too small like the Jazz picks but the difference is I don't need to "re-position the pick" periodically as I play (hopefully that makes sense). It has the same acoustic properties as the Standard Tortex ones (of the same thickness) as far as I can tell. So if you like the Standard Tortex and you just want it a little bit smaller but not as small as the Jazz picks, you will probably like this.

Best guitar picks
In my opinion, these are the best. Really hard to find but well worth it.

Tear drop guitar pick
The Tear drop shape pick is the only one I use. For me it's the best one to fit my hand picking on the guitar. This shape (347) keeps your palm and fingers closer to the strings and the guitar bridge/body. I never was able to play correctly with the normal shape (triangle 351), someone at a guitar store suggested me try the tear drop-shaped pick and that was when I started play the guitar. Give it a try.

Best picks, but hard to find
Best picks I have tried. I wish those were easier to find, and they were sold in 12 packs

Tortex Turtle To Try
This is MY pick of choice. Phil Keaggy, I am told, also use(s/d) a round pick. I like this style better than the conventional triangle style of pick which seems to want to shave the edges/corners (no thanks to my style of plucking the strings) while making noises on the strings of different tones.
