Yu Yu Hakusho: The Complete Second Season [Blu-ray]

These recent Steelbooks have been a very nice addition to my Yu Yu Hakusho collection. Each feature brand new artwork from the original animation studio along with a newly recorded bonus feature. The feature for this season is a sit down with the group in charge of the series over at Funimation. It goes in depth on how they went about creating these new images with the studio in Japan.The discs are the exact same as the previous Anime Classics Blu-ray release from a few years back. I'd recommend picking these Steelbook releases up because they will match and line-up to form one large image once Season 4 comes out.

This is one of the best anime series of all time. You are truly missing out on the 90s era anime collection without this series. Demons, tournament fights, supernatural powers, and so much more! This special edition steel book series is fantastic as well. I haven't watched it yet to determine the video and audio quality but the appearance is beautiful on these cases. It includes two art cards that are the illustrations used on the steel book itself. Also the front images are consecutive and will connect all together once you have them all side by side.

I love the anime so how to get on Blu-ray

I have purchased the entire series at this point and having the entire set in these beautiful steel cases on my self makes me so happy. The big draw to this version is the steel case obviously, with that said I do have some issues with the actual video quality of the blue rays. I owned the original dvd set back in 2010 that these are based off of and I am sad to say that the video quality hasn’t really been upgraded since then.

Same content as prior blu-rays but I'm a fan of steelbooks and YYH so... kinda had to have it:)It's also the HD remaster as well so quality is great!

Showed up in a better condition then the first season that I bought from Crunchyroll

Series goes into the Dark Tournament Arc. Only Downside other than the cardboard spine sleeve, is that the Dark Tournament saga ends on the 3rd set, however if you are buying the 1st or 2nd set, it should not be a problem.
