I’ve never used a product like this before, so I looked around at statues online to get some guidance on how patina develops over time, it’s worth doing because instead of just painting it on you can plan it based on what your going for. It’s pretty easy to go crazy with this so I started off fairly minimal and built it up slowly. There’s a few different methods of application, I tried some brush techniques but ended up with a cloth, rubbing the paint into recessives and wiping off everything on the surface. It’s a fun inexpensive product with a lot of creative options, and definitely worth experimenting with.

I like this paint and its price. Maybe not the most archival but what do I care; I’m 75.

This paint is the absolute best brand ever for crafting and I have even painted trim and cabinets with it and then seal it. It's super thick so a lot goes a long way and I barely ever have to use a second coat!

I had an outdated design bathroom mirror for my basement bathroom, so I painted the frame to match the rest of the bathroom. So far so good! It went on with one coat and has stay looking bright. I recommend this for similar projects.

Made wedding rocks and this was the perfect colour. It’s smooth, goes on well, I needed a few coats to get the nice rich colour.

This paint has worked really well for me, I have used it to paint quite a few things. Easy to apply and the black colour only needs two coats in my experience to be fully opaque. I have painted on metal, plastic, glass, and terra cotta. Happy with the price for how much I got. On metal jar lids there is some chipping where it meets the jar, but this is to be expected due to friction.
