Plastic parts make me nervous...
Assembling the mount and seeing where it was relying on plastic parts did not fill me with confidence. The parts did not fit together perfectly so there was a slight wobble in one or two joints - I'd tightened everything I could. It may have been secure but there are some risks I'd rather not take and I wasn't overwhelmed with a feeling of quality.The height can not be easily adjusted, you have to remove the nut & bolt which you wouldn't really want to do while the TV is mounted on it (you'd be entirely reliant on one of those plastic parts I mentioned to stop the TV from plummeting to the floor). It's nothing like altering the length of crutches for example (with the push in chrome bits), and they take the weight of the human body - so why this had to be so fiddly to alter, I don't know.
