So, I decided to get him his own.First, they weren’t kidding when they claimed this green light was stronger and brighter than the red lights. I have been presenting over 20 years and I have never run across a pointer light this bright. Now I want one too. We uploaded a video to show you how effective and bright this light is.Second, everything works as described. It’s light and easy to use. My husband likes that it fits easily in his pocket. We are buying another one. So, I can have one too. Nice find!

Clearly better than my red laser pointer. However, I purchased the green presentation pointer with the expectation that it would work on TV screens/monitors. Even when fully charged and within a distance of 10 feet (about 3 meters), it is only visible when the screen has a dark background. Most of my PowerPoint slides now have a white or light colored backgrounds, and the pointer is either barely visible or not visible, in these conditions. Unrelated to my review is the user manual, which is barely understandable for the other functions. Apparently, the presentation pointer is cable of activating hyperlinks on PowerPoint slides, but the user guide is missing critical steps to understand how this is accomplished. I don't plan to return it, as it's still brighter than my red pointer, but would like one that can be used on a TV screen having a white background displayed.

My cat has other toys but they require me to do more to play with her than this laser (yes, I'm lazy that way). 3-4 times a week, I pull this laser out of my night stand drawer before bed and play with the cat for about 5 minutes each time until she gets tired of it. She LOVES IT!Now, with that being said: I have charged this pointer up ONCE since I got it and I've had it now for about 3 months. So, I'm very happy with this product and so is my cat :-) I definitely give it 5/5 stars for my purposes :-)

Comes with a wireless USB dongle that is stored in a slot on the bottom of the remote. It has a magnet inside that holds the dongle in securely, yet is easy to remove when needed. A really nice design. Comes with a standard micro USB charging cable and includes an internal, non replaceable, rechargeable lithium battery. Just plug the USB dongle into your computer and make sure the presenter remote is charged and you are good to go. Nothing to set-up. The remote communicates wirelessly to the dongle. It just works!

I'm so glad my advisor recommended this clicker to me. It's superior to the standard Logitech clicker in so many ways. (1) The green laser is noticeably brighter and easier to see than a typical red laser. (2) It feels a lot more natural to hold a pen-shaped object versus a weird oblong-shaped one. (3) You don't have to worry about the back battery cover randomly popping off because (4) this clicker has a built-in battery!There are only two downsides. (1) You really should invest in a case to protect it; it doesn't come with one. I picked up the Hermitshell Travel EVA Case for $10 and called it a day. (2) Your colleagues are going to ask to use this clicker (for obvious reasons). Just don't lose it!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I decided to give this pointer a try based on the reviews. I give a safety meeting every month and I have an old pointer with a red laser light. It works on evening but the TV that I an presenting my power point presentation. The TV just absorbs the red light. This pointerv shines the green light on the TV and it doesn't disappear. The other thing I love about this pointer is that the internal battery is rechargeable. No more batteries. All the buttons on it work perfectly. This is the best pointer that I have ever owned.

This was a replacement for a similar presenter pointer (no longer available). The previous item was confiscated from my carry-on baggage by the Australian Federal Police on the recommendation of a supercilious Border Patrol agent who claimed that any laser over 1 mW is banned in Australia. Note that this was as I was LEAVING Australia. They did not object when I brought the presenter into Australia, nor when I took five domestic flights within Australia. I managed to use the presenter for six lectures without injuring any of the participants or myself, but those arguments fell on deaf ears. If you are going to use this in Australia, place it in checked baggage.

I recently gave a talk for graduate school and needed a USB presenter stick. This wireless presenter worked straight out of the box with Microsoft PowerPoint and did not require any drivers. Upon clicking, a green LED on the presenter lights up, giving a visual cue that the presenter is responding.The USB receiver is small and plugs into the presenter itself, which will prevent loss (see my attached photos for details). The laser is green and travels very far. The clicker is lightweight, responsive, and is fairly ergonomic. I would prefer that it were a bit wider, but this is not an issue, given the other benefits that I have listed. Overall, this presenter does the job and is easy to use.
