We love Thai food. This is a great ingredient for us to make Tikka Masala or any kind of curry from scratch. We love this brand and the ease of buying it with Amazon! This needs to be a staple in your pantry!

Great Flavor With Lots of Solid Oil
Some brands are cutting back on how much oil is in the formulation. If you’re looking for that full taste, this is the one. Our favorite choice for a full fat version!

Great coconut milk
Nice and rich coconut milk. I use it when making Thai curries. I've tried a few brands of canned coconut milk, and this is my favorite now.

Overall pretty good
Every coconut milk is so different - this one had hardened coconut oil on the top when I opened the can so I would recommend heating it up to combine, but it is unfortunate it wasn't totally emulsified. I used it for a coconut cream pie so it wasn't a huge deal. If you are using it for cooking or any other kind of mixture purposes it should be fine but I wouldn't recommend if you are planning to drink it straight or serve it cold

Delicious and VERY Healthy Coconut Milk!
I've been making various kinds of curry for about 20 years now and this A Taste of Thai Lite Coconut Milk is by far the best lower-fat variety available. YES, it is very true that full-fat coconut milk is a lot creamier and tastier, BUT IF you are trying to be healthier, OR you want to be able to have MORE curry without getting fat and clogging your arteries, then this is for you! There are other varieties out there that may be less expensive, but I personally feel more comfortable with the canning done by A Taste of Thai. These cans are clean and look sterile as opposed to others that may leave you feeling less confident. It's all personal opinion and subjective determination though!

I love it. I add it to the batter of my cocconut walnut waffles. It really makes all the difference.

Where I live I cannot buy coconut milk in any store. This stuff is delicious and great with the Thai packets by the same company.
