I was going to make one of these out of 2x4's and my daughter found this one. It was perfect and easy to assemble. We didn't even need to read any instructions. I haven't loaded it down with tons of coats, but it looks like it will handle it just fine.

Worth every penny. Easy assembly, well packaged, solid natural wood, stable.We love it. Perfect for small entry way.

This was quick to put together (no tools needed!) and seems pretty sturdy. My one complaint is that the hooks aren’t evenly distributed, but otherwise it’s great!

This rack is The perfect little purse rack for my little girl’s bedroom. Super easy to assemble. Only negative is that it’s not the sturdiest so I wouldn’t hang too much stuff on it. But we are very pleased and we also adjusted the height

I use it for some of my Fedora collection. The alternating location, spacing and angle of the pegs works well for the hats. Sorry, I really can't speak to it's use as a coat rack. As I said I purchased a second one in order to extend the first one higher with a section from the second unit and also replaced the lower section (that has no pegs) with a section that does, also from the second unit. Basically creating one 'super' rack so to speak.

This is a a decent low-end clothes tree. Because it only has 3 legs, it is not stable enough for coats. Clothes are OK. Four legs are much better.

This will look good in your space. That’s the best part - it’s versatile and fits your decor. It’s got a ton of pegs at different heights which hold way more coats than I need it to hold.If there is a downside, it’s that this can hold a lot of coats. So if you only want one or two on the coat rack, you’ll need to add self-control and put your other coats away.But seriously, this was unpacked, assembled, and in use in about 10 minutes. It can tip over if you’re putting giant winter coats on top, so use common sense to put lighter stuff higher. You can make it smaller by leaving out sections - and it will still be just as sturdy.Otherwise this is as described and looks really good next to the fireplace!
