I have tried so many probiotics. I read reviews about this product and it was spot on!! I make sure I always have a surplus!

After so many years of my mother's IBS D this supplement has given my mother's life back! No kidding. Doctors couldn't help her chronic diarrhea that left her homebound with frequent episodes most of the time. At 92 years old she now can go to social events without worry of having an "accident". She only has been on it for 2 months and found relief after the first month. She does back it up with imodium AD only if she has to be gone most of the day and knows she will be eating out at a restaurant. Perfect combo to relieve her stress about having an "accident ". Thank you Lord she has found really good results with this product!!!!!

I decided to wait at least a month before reviewing to see if it really helps my IBS problem, I can now say that it really does seem to help!

They are a probiotic cap and I can’t not take them because of the damage! Really frustrating to spend this money and have to throw it away

Unable to tell the difference between this and the regular Metamucil capsules, so I assume the benefits are the same. Slightly more expensive than the other ones
