Fascinating read
Great insight into the historical context and contemporary implications of racial/ethnic voter turnout gaps.

Excellent read on a nuanced topic
Fraga runs through the nuanced reasons why the voter gap exists between the numerous US racial minority groups and their white counterparts. The reasons are not as simple as just gerrymandering or just voter suppression or any one reason. They also include voters' sense of self-worth/significance in being able to impact the race outcome. A great read for those who care about the details of how voter behavior works in the US and some recs for those who care to change the outcomes.
