Fantastic!
I be been a Daiwa fan since I was a kid in the 70’s don’t remember ever having a bad one, and I’ve had my share of reels since 1975 )(of all brands). I got to reel one of these at my local BPS a week ago and I thought man this a smooth feeling reel for Daiwa’s lower end. They were sold out but they had them here at Amazon. I bought the 3000 standard and the 3000 that cranks in like 36” per handle turn. They both are fast and they both are smooth and putting 3000 spools on a 2500 frame is pretty clever, I gotta say I like it a lot.

I love this reel!
I recently picked up this reel to use on a MH 6' rod for jigging walleye. Oh my! Instantly it became my favorite reel. It is solid, compact, ergonomically well designed, reels super smooth, and balances perfect. I am a fan and will get another.

My favorite reel! I steal it from my husband every change I get!
I bought this reel for my husband after seeing my favorite fishing YouTuber, Fishing Ken Of Hook City TV (check him out!) using it on his channel. It’s really smooth and powerful. So far, we have only caught crappie, bluegill and maybe a couple bass on it, so I can’t speak to how it performs with heavier catches. From the feel of it, this reel can handle the big fish, too.

daiwa regal lt 3000c goes good with my 8ft daiwa surf pole medium action.
I liked the reel cause it's light and powerful for its size and its good for inshore saltwater fishing. Only thing I didn't like was it couldn't spool the whole 320 yards of #20 braided line.

My go to reel
Own quite a few Shimano's but love this reel price is a great and it's a smooth reel. I would get the LT3000D-CXH it's also 59.00 on line but a faster retrieve 6.2.

Bad Reel
bail arm keeps locking from time to time, this causes the bait to get ripped or line break with lure, a lot of better options with this price
