NYDJWomen's Betty Ankle Pants In Ponte Knit

These are nice fitting ankle pants with a nice weight to them. I am a size 10 and the 10 in these are a nice fit and not too tight any place. I did purchase these in black, charcoal gray and midnight in size 10. Those three all fit the same. However, the midnight was 1 1/2 inches longer in length. I then ordered size 8 in charcoal and peacoat heather for my niece. The charcoal fit perfect in the 8. However, the peacoat heather pair that we received was at least two sizes smaller. Even the legs in that pair were very very narrow. So, as usual different colors and individual pairs can run very differently. All in all very nice pants that can be worn with different boots and shoes.

These are great transitional pants that can go to the office or run around town or pack in a suitcase. They are a nice solid ponte that is substantial and yet very stretchy. The don't fit tightly enough to show any lumps or bumps and have a good drape down the leg. I would have rated them 5 stars if they were from any other brand, but these are NYDJ. My NYDJ jeans look great and ALSO hold my momma-belly in, and I had hopes that these pants would do the same....nope. Like I said, these are still good quality, versatile, and good-looking, but it was a disappointment to still have to go to the office with the roo-pouch showing.

Very very comfy and they are not stretching out during wear.. will check out other designes

They are tight on my legs but too loose in the butt and waist. Will need to have the waist altered. I do like the fabric.

I was looking forward to receiving these pants, and was really disappointed when they finally arrived. The material is decent quality ponté, but the fit is awful. They are too long for ankle pants (I’m 5’7” with long legs and a short torso). They fit fine through the legs and hips, but the waist is tight, making the zipper flap gap awkwardly. The inner tummy control only covers the top inner portion of the front rise, which feels really weird. It also doesn’t seem to provide any support for myMum tum. Returning.

I love these pants, they are so comfortable and dressy enough to wear to work! Great deal for the price, perfect if you need another pair of black pants.

These pants fit true to size and are a staple pair of pants I keep in my closet for dressy or casual. Like most NYDJ I wear a size down than my typical size of pants. They sit a little high on the waist, which I love, and have a great stretch to them. I have found that the front hook/closure sticks out a little and shows under my shirts - it looks as if it the pants are too small and I can't fasten them, which isn't the case. I tried sizing up in the pants to see if that would help the fasten looking "open" but it did not, it still showed bulging and an opening which isn't very pretty to me under a shirt to see that bulging through, but I still love these pants.
