A Passion for Raw Chocolate

Deliciousness in a book!
Great book! Nice photos, and explanations. All ingredients are in weights, which I really like. I've made the milk chocolate, but melted and tempered it in a food dehydrator (instead of the vitamin) set on low (90 F.) and watched it so as to not overheat it. It came out delicious, with that little 'snap' when bitten into. I can't wait to try more of the recipes. I gave it only 4 stars only because it's so thin it keeps getting lost on the bookshelf!

and love Amy's writing style
So informative, and love Amy's writing style. Her intros for these delightful recipes are so poetic - I can feel the experience of the final product as I read these. She's done a superb job of sharing these unique creations with readers.

Pamphlet
Amy is an excellent chocolatier, there is no doubt about that. However, the only thing I would say about this "book" is that it is very expensive for what appears to be just a few pages. I was expecting a book, not a leaflet! That's the reason for the three stars. What little information it contains is sound though.

Great little book
It is a small book, but it is choc full of information and contains some great recipes. It is in full colour. I think it is great value, especially as it may be a self-published book.
