This is a fun little product. I used to use a small ruler to scrape toothpaste tubes etc, but it didn’t work especially well on metal tubes. This product works rather well on metal tubes, less well on plastic ones. The unit is large, but then means it can be used on a variety of tubes. It is a little cumbersome to hold at first, and the grip you use can be a little uncomfortable since you’re holding straight metal (as opposed to curved or bezelled). Plastic tubes don’t hold the creases, metal tubes do. Value for money? Maybe not. Fun? Yes. Effective? Yes. Comfortable to you? Sort of.

Bought this for my dogs, mostly. They're fussy with taking tablets so they have to have them in liver paste, and the leading brand of liver paste comes in a metal tube which crimps up something terrible and becomes nigh impossible to squeeze with any sense of control - you'd end up squeezing so hard to make the metal shift and buckle that more than you'd ever want would squirt out of the tube, it was annoying. It would also further deform the tube itself making it almost impossible over time to get the full amount of liver paste from the tube itself.Not really a problem anymore since I picked up this though. It's keeping the metal tubes nice and crimped without any buckling, and it's easy to control how much liver paste that comes out.I'd buy one for my toothpaste but those tubes are soft and easy to squeeze. Would be useful for cosmetic products if I had any!

I bought this to use on hair colour tubes. Works exactly as it should.

Excellent quality fabrication, such a pity it doesn't work with large plastic tubes such as wall filler.The simply slips on the plastic and although you can hold the tube down it really doesn't work.Probably good for all metal tubes and maybe thin tubes such as toothpaste.

It was just what I wanted to save on wasted cream and toothpaste works perfectly and is sturdy

I uses it to create corrugated bits with plastic sheets.

Does what is says on the box

Bought this for metal tubes such as tomato puree or pate that are a little tricky to get it all out. This is so satisfying and really does get all of the product out so there's no waste. Highly recommended.
