Holds pills but...
The quality (cheap) and size( small) of these pill boxes was expected. However, they open with the hinge in the center along the shortest side. This arrangement means you can't open all the cells at once for easy filling. You were warned.

Four stars as the design makes it difficult/impossible to open two adjacent compartments at the same time which complicates filling these.

Lid openings cause pills to fall out
I have an older case that is similar to these. The openings are on the inside and they never accidentally pop open. However, these cases are made with the openings on the outside. Every time I put it in my purse, several of them pop open and the pills fall all over the bottom. This makes the case useless to me.
