Shifts smooth now
Bought this for my 8th gen si. Did have a 3rd gear grind at high rpm’s. I thought the other gears shifted smoothly but this fluid made all gears shift better then I could ever think. No more grinding!

Installed this into a 99 Civic SI. This transmission before with OEM Honda fluid shifted normal/ no complaints or grinding. With this Torco fluid synchro engagement felt much better/ with a noticeable difference. Temperature of the fluid does not seem to affect shift quality, 5 star in my book!

Needed oem manual transmission but thru recommendations found that toco was used and inam glad I used this. This fluid seems to work like the oem.

Quality oil
I use this every 6-8000 miles in my 94 Honda civic. Daily driver over 1500 miles a month. When I got this used transmission I tried genuine honda mtf, it had a lot more grinds. The torco quiets my trans down and shifts more smoothly.

Ran so far 12k kms on my 2015 fit. ...
Ran so far 12k kms on my 2015 fit. I can't believe the factory fill is supposed to stay in there for 100k kms based on the maintenance minder. Hopefully it will last 40+k and then go for another round of torco. Waiting for the price to drop though. $30 bucks/ liter is rather steep. Royal purple synchromesh is $20/liter at CT, so will probably go with that if the price doesn't drop. Amsoil MT fluid is even cheaper, at $15 bucks/quart. [all cad currency]
