I couldn't ask for a better buy! The pump works as advertised and it's So quiet. The price was great and delivered on time in perfect condition.

Works perfectly and solved our problem of the water dumping into a bucket and me having to remember to dump it out twice a day. Thank you!

Pump was quiet and pumped down rapidly. It wasn't half as loud as the one replaced and is holding up well.

Same model that came with air/heat unit that died reciently

Now on third Liberty Pump LCU-15 in the last 6 months. Flooded basement three times. Highly dangerous pump do not buy. The 'removable' outlet has been to blame every time. It does not screw into the housing its held in place by friction and an offset screw of very poor design. This fails over a very short period of time resulting in the pump spewing water onto the pump and floor - risking electrical hazard and flooding hazard. I've tried with this pump 3 times? Why? Because the first failure was after 60 days so Amazon won't cover it and there is no warranty. I have to keep buying a new one to return the old one - otherwise I would have just bought another brand by now. The failure is spontaneous and unpredictable - you'll know when something's wrong when your basement floor is covered in water.

I bought this pump the first week of July, yesterday (8/16/16) while watching movies with the family we hear a very loud noise coming from the a/c unit room inside the house, sounded like an explosion, went to check and this pump some how was on fire. This is not joke, We are very lucky that we were at the house and was able to stop it before who knows, maybe a big fire. In the picture that I posted you can see black coming from the inside of the pump from the fire. My account state that the last day for return was 8/10/16 so here I am searching again.

I was replacing another brand that had died. So far so good.

it's quieter than the old one

Pump runs often and for short duration. It does not evacuate much water on each run. Tubing appears to be clear of blockages and only pumps up about 7 ft before going horizontal. Not impressed at all$
