Seasons of Her Life

This turned out to be a real slog to get through…just when I thought it couldn’t get any more depressing…it did. The selfishness of all the characters just went on and on. So much hatred.

I was somewhat surprised at the length of this novel. It was enjoyable but in all honesty the characters were a little too (sweet) for me to buy into.

The book was okay but too much bad words for me. Taking the Lord's name in vain is bad. I just bypass them. I should have gave you two stars but I was nice and gave you three!!

In typical Fern Michael's style, the story is instantly engaging, both simple and complex at the same time. The story spans decades, with pain and joy, success and failures, the full spectrum of human emotion. Her strong female characters are relatable......we feel what they feel. Definitely in the category of the Vegas,Texas and Kentucky series. So sorry to have finished it, want a sequel!

I really liked this book, but do have some criticism. She runs hot and cold. At times, she's strong, smart, and savvy. Other times, she's weak, lets herself be used, and treated like a door mat. Her basic personality didn't flow through many times.

I was pleased to be reading another Fern Michaels book. This story is one I would bet everyone can relate to in one way or another. Such a great story, Thanks, Fern

A beautiful view on the seasons of life and what we do. The missteps and stupid things. To remember and forgive yourself and your friends. Do what makes you happy. It's not money.

Great Book written by a great author. Fern Michael's books are the best. It just goes to show it you want to do something go for it.

In my opinion was not a very well written book and I found it to contain much anger. However I read it till the end as the story was interesting, the way the author developed the characters and how they evolved through the “seasons” of their lives.

I loved this book. It was quite an easy read but a really good story. Not everything is a fairytale in this story. The main character, Ruby is a strong, remarkable women. I highly recommend it but give yourself time because you won’t want to put it down!!

I am reading this book now and I find it very hard to put it down. It is very different from the sisterhood and I really like that it is. But I still love the sisterhood series and can not wait for the next one to come out.. I hope you never stop writing as I enjoy all of your books that I have read.

Who does not like Fern Michaels? Everyone should read her books they are great. Order came in great time and as described

Somewhat of a long, drawn out survival of nothing going her way. I quit reading it.
