So I ordered these by mistake. I searched for gel food coloring and was deceived by these showing up in the search and I made the mistake of not reading the description well enough to catch this was regular liquid food coloring. I did try coloring white fondant with this as it said on the box it could do fondant but it made the fondant instantly sticky. I did use it to color the cake layers and can use it for future items. The colors are great. I even used a little of the color to mix with the Wilton gel coloring to help achieve the color I was going for. It worked really well for what in used them for. It can color the butter cream as I tested it. It didn’t seem to effect the consistency at all either. Great price for the amount of colors

I bought this food coloring because I have made nasty rainbow cakes in the past. The one I made with these were delicious. The red, green and black food colorings require high concentrations to get rich colors. Even so, the taste didn't change.

The red was hard to achieve but that’s not unusual for red. All the other colors were great!

Such a great set to have! Worked great for my nephews Fortnite Llama cupcakes! They mixed very well to get the perfect shade needed. I used a good bit with some colors and it never altered the taste of the buttercream. One did come a bit messy under the cap but nothing a paper towel couldn’t take care of.

These bright food colors have been awesome to use! My daughter loves to make cakes and cupcakes and these have really added that fun flair to all her different frosting colors! And she has even mixed some of the colors together to make new colors or mixed a few and made swirl frosting! They are so fun and pretty and turn out great! These food colors are realy nice bottle is small but color nicely have to use whoe bottle for a cake color. 😊
