7" LOOPS, MAKES TWO POTHOLDERS - GREEN

The loops tend to unravel.

These are the good cotton loops I used to use as a kid to make potholders for my mother and grandmother. Some of them seem a little too loosely woven when you pull them out of the bag, but when they're woven and taken off the loom they yield a very sturdy product. My 8 year-old grandson loved making them.

Good quality, thick sturdy great color would buy again.

This past Christmas I made potholders as gifts for my family and friends. So far I have gotten rav reviews.

Harrisville Designs Cotton loops are nice and thick, with even size. They do not melt on a hot pan the way nylon loops can. Amazon has had a problem recently of sending the giant size Harrisville loops instead of the regular ones (green). Quite a bargain, since the larger ones cost quite a bit more, but disappointing if you only use the smaller size. Tried twice in Dec '14, but had to return the larger size, and order from Harrisville website. Hopefully this warehouse problem has cleared up.

I ordered 4 bags of these loops in different colors, and when I was done making pot holders I had used every single loop in 4 bags without one single loop that was not perfect. Beautiful colors, wonderful quality.
