I would recommend this to anyone willing to get a large amount of tasty protein for hardcore workouts and they do not have the money to spend on constantly buying protein.

Do your research before you get douped by CSN. This product has barely any protein in it. It was just analyzed by a lab and the local store I purchased from has pulled it from the shelves.
