Doesn't blow my circuit breakers
I bought this one because is only pulls 1100 watts. My last one pulled 1500 watts and if I used the toaster at the same time I had to go reset the circuit breaker in the electrical panel. 1100 watts is more than enough to quickly heat the 1.2 liters.

Cheap plastic but wirks fine.
It works fine but the the handle and the lid made out of a very cheap plastic. The cable is weird too.

A gem of a kettle.
Boils my 2 cups of water for tea in less than 3 minutes. Well made, with a comfortable handle and large easy opening lid for convenient cleaning. A long 40 inch heavy duty cord. Doesn't drip when pouring. Large lighted rocker switch that turns off automatically. Really surprising quality for an item at this price and made in China. I've made about 80 pots of tea with no problems so far. and am very pleased with my purchase.
