It's a battery, what do I have to recommend or not recommend it? Well, let's start with this: this thing fit my radio (King KX-99 aviation transceiver) perfectly, like its twenty plus year old factory counterpart. Second, while higher capacity batteries are available for this replacement function, I don't ever plan to need this to last for hour upon hour--it is to be an emergency backup to my panel installed radios. Its capacity meets or exceeds the factory original, which is all I needed, and it is priced very reasonably, at a little under $40.For that, I think I got a great deal, and great peace of mind. If it lasts like the original King battery, by the time I need another replacement, I might not even be able to fly anymore!
