Clarks Women's, Step Glow Lite Boat Shoe

I like the shoes but the left one is a little tight. I thought by sizing up it would be ok. I guess I should have sized up 2 sizes instead of one. Nothing negative on anyone’s part but mine. My left foot has been broken in the arch and tends to swell thus making most shoes uncomfortable. The shoes are really soft and otherwise a great deal.

I am a 10W, I ordered my size and they are significantly larger than usual. As I am overseas it's too difficult to exchange, I'm hoping inserts will make them fit well enough to wear.

I am a big fan of Clark shoes. The fact that I was able to find them on Amazon made me very happy!

I made a few wrong turns on the size. This shoe was originally ordered in a 9W. It was too big. Ordered an 8 1/2M, too small, 8 1/2 W was perfect. The fit was different than the black version. Love the shoes though. Finally got it right. Not your fault. Not an online shoe buyer generally. Thanks for your liberal return policy.

The first red flag was seeing that a large rubber band was holding the box together. The second was seeing a bleach stain on one of the shoes. Upon closer look I found that the soles of the shoes were dirty and both shoes are covered in bleach stains, inside and out. Needless to say I am returning the shoes but I am so disappointed. Take a little pride in your business. There is no way a customer should receive a product that is in such bad shape. No I do not recommend this vendor.

Amazingly comfortable

Perfect fit. A little too warm for summer wear but will be great for the fall.
