Great replacement battery
I ordered this battery for my 6 year old Acer 5520 laptop. The CWK battery arrived on time and well packaged. The battery was a perfect fit and after placing it in the laptop it began re-charging immediately. It took a little over 2 hours to recharge and has held it's charge well. I was able to get a little over 3 hours of laptop use from the battery on High Performance settings which was better than the battery that came with the laptop. I highly recommend this battery.

Customer service was excellent I tried everything that was suggested and still the battery life was sub-par. I could not even get a full hour out of the battery and had to go back to my original battery with it being plugged in all the time. I do not know if anything could be done to make me a satisfied customer but, right now I could have saved me some monies by not getting this battery.

Fit my Gateway but died
Worked Ok for about 6 months then died. Tried to contact CWK about the two year warranty but CWK never responded to emails.

Decent.
Works okay...I get 30 minutes or so under medium-heavy use on my old laptop (streaming with the brightness all the way up). If I go to a lower brightness and don't push it as hard, it lasts longer.My main need was to give it enough charge to go into hibernation while unplugged, and it does that great.

Battery life
I bought this battery for my Gateway laptop but I only holds 20 to 30 mins charge. Sending it back for a refund

It doesn't work with my laptop.
It doesn't work with my laptop Acer 8930G. It fit's well but the laptop doesn't detected or charges.

Good quality product at a great price!
I'm very happy with this battery. I was somewhat skeptical of buying a replacement laptop battery at such a good price, but it turned out to be a good choice. It came very well-packaged and is a good quality product. It works great in my Acer Aspire 7740-5691.
