I've had these for about five years now (on my fourth bottle) and I love them. I recommend not using them every day as you'll start to build a tolerance to it but overall im still cracked out every time I use them. I was told today about the new elite type and once my latest bottle runs out or gets lost, I will be upgrading. I have recommended this product to multiple people and they all love it too. overall its a great product and useful for times that you're going heavy on a compound lift. (don't use it for stupid stuff like isolation exercises, its a waste)

I have never used smelling salts in the past, but enough serious lifters and strength athletes I have seen have sworn by them, so I figured I would give them a shot. Go big or go home. I figured that I would look for the "strongest" salts I could find on Amazon that had a consistently high rating, and that was this brand.I'll tell you, this works. A couple solid powerful inhales through the right nostril of this, and you will be tearing up and fully awake. Definitely gives me at least a small-moderate spike of adrenaline. They are no joke. I did say right nostril - science indicates that is the best one to breath through if you are trying to get focused and alert.I do use this for lifting, right before a heavy lift or if I feel like I'm losing a bit of energy/focus. I also use this if I am feeling sleepy and need to stay alert and focus. Combine this with some good coffee and you'll be good to go.The bottle isn't too big and the instructions are simple. It does last a while, especially if you make sure to close it promptly after each use and keep the lid tight. HIGHLY recommend.

Super cool product, the bottle it comes it doesn't seal very well, or at least the one I bought didnt, but I put it in a baggy and it's fine so far, I've had it a little less than a month and I've noticed no change in strength.

This stuff is really weak. Nowhere near the potency of an ampule. Not sure if I got a bad bottle or what, but it is quite underwhelming.Container will also leak all over the place (gym bag smelled like cat pee for a few days). Better off with ammonia cleaner in an old water bottle!

Wow, it's like crack for your nose, I'm not joking lol. I've had these salts for about 2 1/2 months and they are still very strong. As long as you keep the lid on tight, you'll have no problems with leaking. I'll be back once this current bottle starts to lose its strength. This product is a must for breaking them pesky PR's.

Standard nose torque. I prefer amuples since they are easier to use and are disposable. I hate having to get the screw cap back on securely before throwing it and hitting my lift. Takes to long, imo.Also, the bottle leaks. I always make sure it is tightly closed when im finished using it after a gym session. Then it goes in a zip lock bag and in its own zippered compartment in my gym bag. Glad I did because it leaked.Some reviews say its to strong.....I find it to be average. Its ammonia, its supposed to be strong. 🤷‍♀️
