Scotts 60062S Inch 62-Volt Cordless Lawn Mower, 21" with LED Lights & 5Ah Battery, 5Ah Battery and Fast Charger Included

This was my first foray into the electric lawn products and I have to say I am not disappointed. Replacing my old 6hp Craftsman was sad but I am not looking back. This mower, although not self propelled, is actually easier to push around than my old mower. I really like that I can stack this on end in the garage to save space. It may not have the raw power like my old gas mower but it gets the job done. Battery life is excellent. I can mow my medium size lawn several times on a single charge. The only thing that concerns me is that some of the construction seems a little cheap. Only time will tell if it stands up to the years of abuse I am going to give it.

Power seemed sufficient.light weight at 76 lbs.Disliked :product came with badly beat up box.Front wheel on one side did not touch the ground when on a flat surface.Battery when fully charged only mowed for about 30 minutes on the 62 volt battery.I only have 2000 sq ft of grass and it is flat. seemed like the front end dipped when pushed without using self propelled option. I mowed twice within 5 days and each time the grass was not long at all.Battery cover seems cheaply made.Was disappointed in the overall quality of this mower. I returned it and am waiting for reimbursement.

The handle has a piece of plastic to hold the handle in the extended position. This clamps don't stay put they come loose and stop the mower. its hard to push. the wheels only adjust for rear tires. It says the charger is fast charging but it is not. It took an hour to charge. I cut about 10 foot of my yard and put it back in the box.The saler did not want to take it back. Piece of junk.

I've really liked the mower itself. My only problem had been that one of the batteries stopped holding a charge after less than a year.

I have never seen a box so badly screwed up, as the box for the mower. I mean this box was so screwed up as to be almost unrecognizable as a box. I made the driver wait till I checked the mower as best I could and it seemed okay. Once I got it out of the box and started up, it seemed to work okay. However, the right front wheel does not touch the ground. It seems as though the front is out of line. I need to check it further before I decide to keep it.Pros: Batteries charge properly--Mower cuts grass w/bag/wmulch plug/w side discharge properly. No complaints with construction of the mower nor its operation. I will update this review properly when I get the front end wheels squared away.

This is a very high quality mower that out performs many gasoline powered mowers. I liked the feature that allows you to use the self-propelled feature without the blade spinning. I also liked the telescopic and folding handle. Unexpectedly I did use the feature that allows the mower to be stood on supports on the rear to minimize storage space. Battery life is still to be determined but on the first use the 5 amp hour battery operated for 30 minutes in continuous self propelled use. It mows quietly and gives you a quality cut. Very satisfied so far.

I wouldn't purchase it again due to replacement cost of batteries. The mower handle locks broke within a year and the plug wasn't helpful. Also the side discharge is very hard to see. I cannot get bagger to stay on.
