No redeeming qualities at any price
They did authorize a refund right away. Unfortunately while cute, this rug—if that’s what you would call it—had no redeeming qualities. Plus it came folded in half with instructions for removing the crease. That never happened and the bonding of layers was failing so it looked very wrinkly as well. Do not buy ever even for $1 prime.

Piece of garbage, do not buy!
This was a horrible price of garbage. Probably bought on Alibaba for under $2 and resold on Amazon for 18.99. I am returning this item. Not worth $2 even.

Very pretty mat!
This mat is just lovely. Looks exactly as shown in product description photo. I haven't washed it yet but if there are any issues when I do I will post them.
